Advanced Therapeutics Education Portal
The Advanced Therapeutics Education Portal (ATEP) is a specialised online resource created and maintained by the Skin Health Institute in Melbourne. It provides Australian dermatology professionals — including dermatologists, dermatology registrars and dermatology nurses — with access to the most current information on clinical management, prescribing information, documentation requirements and patient support services for the use of advanced therapeutics and biologics.
ATEP is a professional resource, not a consumer-facing platform. Access is available to registered healthcare professionals only.
The Challenge
ATEP’s existing website had been in place for a number of years and was in need of a visual and functional refresh. The site required modernisation to improve user experience, ensure it was optimised across all devices, and bring the design in line with current web standards — all without disrupting the portal’s established content structure and member access features.
Key challenges included:
- Modernising the visual design while maintaining familiarity for existing registered users
- Ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet and mobile devices
